Our tour starts off wherever you wish in London, whether it be at your hotel, train station or point of interest. We'll be travelling in a genuine London Black Taxicab, driven by a London Cabbie—all of whom have had to go through the fiendishly difficult "Knowledge” of London. Not only do they know every street in London, but they also have to know every route between two points in the capital.
Classic London Tour

A 4 or 6 hour Classic London Tour visiting the popular sites, plus special requests such as The Beatles Abbey Road, Sherlock Holmes Baker Street, Pirates of Wapping, Notting Hill and Portobello Market on selected dates.

London Cabbies also have to have a thorough background check. Only London buses and taxis are allowed to use the exclusive lanes throughout the city, which means that we can get around capital much easier than most.
This Classic London Tour includes favourite sites such as Buckingham Palace (the London residence to the King), Hyde Park the largest Royal Park in Central London) and where we can see the Albert Memorial. Other favourite sites include Harrod’s, the world-famous department store where there are over 100,000 pairs of shoes at any one time, and where you can buy most things—at a price of course!

We can also see Marble and Constitution arches, Piccadilly Circus, famous for the statue of Eros and the electronic billboards, Trafalgar Square, Nelson’s Column and Whitehall. Here we can see the Horses Guards outside the official entrance to Buckingham Palace. On the same road is Downing Street, the residence to the British Prime Minister. Parliament Square is where we can see Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and the Nation’s church, Westminster Abbey, where you can find out about the man who is buried standing up!
A fine photo opportunity awaits on the other side of the river towards the Houses of Parliament, next to the medieval Lambeth Palace—the London residence to the Archbishop of Canterbury.
We will also see the London Eye and County Hall and we’ll cross over Waterloo Bridge to see both the cities of London and Westminster. Fleet Street, nearby, is famous for the “Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese” where you’ hear about Polly, a stuffed African Grey parrot who was famous during her life for her vocabulary of swear words taught to it by the journalists who worked in the area. The wedding cake church of St Bride’s is nearby and St Paul’s Cathedral, famous for its dome. We can also see Tower Bridge and The Tower of London, which was once a palace, an astronomical observatory, jail, a place of execution, even a zoo and famous of course for the Crown Jewels.

With our 6 Hour Tour we have time to fit in other sites as requested. How about the Beatles Abbey Road to recreate the famous album cover? Or are there any Sherlock Holmes fans? We can drop by 221B Baker Street to see where the world's most famous detective lived and worked. How about browsing down Saint James's Street and dropping by J.J. Fox, where Winston Churchill bought his cigars, or Berry Bros. & Rudd, where Lord Byron weighed himself. Other options are to take a stroll down by the Borough Market and sample some street food from around the globe.
